KHP were tasked with creating a VIP media event for 
KHP are probably best known for their work within sports marketing however a new era for the agency began earlier this year when the Middle East arm pulled off the spectacular launch of the Bahrain Financial Harbour. KHP’s diversity of work has now continued with the event organization and PR of the first ever US-GCC Investment Forum held in Manama, Bahrain this week.
The US-GCC Investment Forum was held over two days on 4th and 5th December 2007. The event, the first of its kind to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, was organised under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Economic Development Board, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in collaboration with EDB, BCCI, AmCham Bahrain, the US Chamber of commerce and the Arab Bankers Association of North America (ABANA).
KHP was charged with organizing the VVIP event for over 350 delegates from the US, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and The United Arab Emirates and high profiles guests including His Highness Shaikh Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Economic Development Board, His Excellency, Dr. Hassan Abdullah Fakhro, Bahrain Minister of Industry and Commerce, His Excellency Adam J. Ereli, United States Ambassador to Bahrain, leading industry professionals, diplomats, VIPs, regulators and senior government officials from Bahrain and other local, regional and international dignitaries.
KHP were responsible for all event management, delegate invitations for the forum and dinners, media accreditation and liaison, all event PR, conference facility management, liaison with Royal Protocol, delegate registration, client servicing and all logistic and transportation organization.
In addition to the two-day Forum KHP organized a raft of fabulous evening events for delegates Bahrain style showcasing everything the island has to offer in terms of first class hospitality.
