For the third year running KHP once again returned to Monte Carlo to manage the interests of the Bahrain International Circuit at the Motor Sport Business Forum. Heralded as the ‘place to be’ amid the motorsport business networking community this year the BIC took their level of involvement one step further, hosting the official evening cocktail reception, the design, production and execution of which was managed by KHP. Attended by key motorsport personnel the reception additionally was used as a global platform to launch the Motor Sport Forum Middle East coming to Bahrain 1st and 2nd April next year, and the FIA Summit on Medicine in Motorsport, both of which will also be managed by KHP. All circuit staff were looked after and entertained in the usual KHP style combining a week of hard work with the glitz and glamour of a Monaco lifestyle.
Motor Sport Business Forum moves to Bahrain –

The Bahrain International Circuit has recently signed a five year agreement with IM2 to bring the Motor Sport Business Forum outside of Europe for the first time and introduce its networking potential to Bahrain. To be held on 1st and 2 April 2008 in the week prior to the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, the forum promises to host key motorsport personnel for an exciting and educational two days shedding light on the business opportunities within the world of motorsport in the Middle East. Up to 500 delegates, 50 exhibitors and a selection of sponsors are expected.
KHP played an integral role in the set up of this deal acting as an agent between the 2 parties, and has since been employed by the BIC to manage the full servicing of the account. Ready and rearing to go with a talented team of 7 – 2 PR, 2 Event and 2 Commercial staff with a backbone logistics manager to hold the group together – KHP are set to bring this event to a new level.

FIA Summit on Medicine in Motorsport, 3rd April 2008
KHP is currently working closely with the Federation Internationale de L’Automobile (FIA), assisting them with the development of their Centre of Excellence brand outside of Europe. Working on behalf of the recently awarded FIA Centre of Excellence, the Bahrain International Circuit, and alongside the FIA, KHP will manage the full design and execution of an FIA Summit on ‘Medicine in Motorsport’ to be held on 3rd April 2008 in Bahrain.
The prestigious event will be Hosted by the BIC in the RUF building within metres of the circuit’s entrance and promises to bring together the great and the good in medicine from across the globe for a one day summit where up to 200 delegates will meet to discuss and develop medical excellence in motorsport, as a benchmark for medical excellence in other sports, and across the Middle East region.
