KHP was contracted to initiate and manage Shell’s F1 hospitality programme at all GP, test sessions and factory tours. Shell are sponsors with Ferrari.
We were the central point of contact for all Shell units as well as being the focus for the booking and management of tickets, hotels, transfers and restaurants. We developed a bespoke online booking system which helped Shell track guests.
We also created a menu of off-track activities for guests and their partners, such as a gala dinner in a Milan museum during the Italian GP.
In addition we were tasked with the sourcing and production of a number of supporting materials, such as welcome kits, branded cameras, hospitality displays and brochures.
Throughout this hospitality programme we were in charge of the budget and its management.
The average guest evaluation over two years was ‘Excellent’ at 72%.
