khp has developed a number of integrated campaigns to help Bahrain host and promote inaugural and subsequent Grand Prix - worldwide, and to a sceptical local population
Pre-Grand Prix events (alongside circuit planning) included:
‘Yalla Bahrain’, a series of integrated events at the circuit and in the community for local people included art exhibitions and autograph sessions
‘F1 Fever’, a programme to educate the public about F1, included a street festival, a photo gallery and running an F1 car down the Corniche
pro-celebrity race involving Jay Kay, Michael Johnson, Sir Steve Redgrave
showcasing ‘the Bahraini experience’ at Monza to International media and Formula One community
Activity during the Grand Prix included:
